Dr. G. L. MOONDRA
LLB 1956, B. Sc., 1953
Dr. Moondra is a Textiles Veteran with over 5 decades’ experience; most of it with the Aditya Birla Group. He is credited with technological and product improvements and human resource management at the Group. He also set up a Hospital for the Aditya Birla Foundation in Pune.
Dr. Moondra also received his Doctorate in Naturopathy in 1991 and has been practicing and teaching Naturopathy and Yoga for years now. He has been an active writer and public speaker at various forums particularly on healthcare.
He has had a flair for teaching and infact started his career as a Teacher. In later years he remained President for a School for about 3 decades. He has also earned a Sahitya Ratna in Literature.
Dr. Moondra has also been an active social worker and a regular member of Rotary Club.
With his efforts and dedication he has contributed much to business and society. He has very gratuitously agreed to mentor the MintSmiths team.
Mr. PARTHA BARDHAN
M.S. (Operations Research & Computer Science) 1973
Mr. Bardhan has about 40 years’ global experience in Management Consulting, IT and BPO. He has led numerous engagements in areas of Business Strategy and Planning, Business Process Improvements and IT from strategy through implementation across Asia and US.
Earlier, he spent about 15 years in global leadership positions at PWC and KPMG across Energy, IT, Risk Advisory and BPO verticals. He has also held senior positions in other major consulting firms.
He has advised the Government on IT and e-Governance aspects on various projects and was an active member of RBI Taskforce to formulate Information Systems Security framework and policy for Financial Institutions in India.
With his strong process and technology skills and high level of energy, Mr. Bardhan has proven his abilities of achieving business goals across geographies and sectors.
Mr. SUDHIR DHAWAN
IIT Delhi 1969, MBA (FMS) 1975
Mr. Dhawan has over 40 years’ experience in Management and Engineering Consulting across Infrastructure Projects, Chemicals, Petro-chemicals, Gas Pipelines, LNG / LPG Terminals and Thermal & Hydro Power Plants.
He has earlier been associated with global leading engineering firms like
- Tractebel (CMD, instrumental in setting up office in India)
- Humphreys & Glasgow (Jacobs)
- Consulting Engineering Services (CES) and
- National Power of UK, Edison Mission Energy
He has played an active role in development of engineering consultancy profession in India and held senior positions like
- President of Consulting Engineers Association of India (CEAI)
- President of National Association of Consulting Engineers (NACE)
- Vice Chairman of Consultancy Development Centre (CDC)
- Member of the National Council of CII
- Governing Body Member of FIEO
- WTO Panelist for Consultancy Sector
His extensive experience has enabled him to emerge as a preferred consultant for engineering projects across sectors
